You and others seem to know more than most about legality end of this cause and will admit that y'all out pace me by a mile. Correct me please but I'm thinking that by going at this piecemeal is giving the Company ample time to side step us. Seems like this scam is an ongoing endeavor which has been done before, thus would qualify under the RICO Act. Although I will not speak for anyone except for myself, has the proposed following scenario 1. been tried before, 2. have any chance of moving this to a front burner, 3. if not, why not?
Lay out the facts from the public record when EXOBX came into being through the time of writing said facts. This would include all officers appointed or elected, those they hired, appointed, and all actions undertaken while in that post including all on the Board of Directors. All transfer agents and for length of time of duty. All depositions, court filings, court transcripts and court rulings. A list of all public filings made from day 1 through date. A list of all agreements and it's terms of rentals and deeds signed by the Company showing shareholder approval or not. All transcripts of the annual shareholders meetings, time, date and place as well as years said meeting was denied by management along with their reasons for said denial. Every time the number of shares were changed and if said change had shareholder approval or not. A copy of all EXOBX by-laws. Anything else not listed here that would affect a full telling provided it is a public record. Submit this telling with the understanding that it may be incomplete but does not stray from the information given as public records can attest and have the telling contain a notary public seal.
This should be given to anyone that even remotely would be interested enough to 1. read it, and 2. act upon it.
As I have said before that what I write is mine and mine alone. I would be open to the idea of helping pay for this work as I think it has some merit. For any that say (not shareholders) that this is a matter for the courts I would counter with it is impossible to start a book you have never read on page three of the last chapter and expect to know all that was before it, which is important, that's where I think a court is. As where I think we are now is in the middle of a wet field, dusk, stuck, no trees, no hay, no phone with the nearest house 3 miles off and not knowing if anyone is home but believing in your heart there is.
