I bought my shares 1-30 through etrade. And I don't have no green flag next to mine.

What day did you first see the green flag? That could be the day that GCC became a new issue. I suspect that prospective GCC shareholders will get snail mail with respect to purchase of pre-IPO shares.

Opened it and it reports dividends to be paid out in 2/13.
