OK hush hush on the spray. Yes they are contactable genuine people at OWCP.
They know what to do and how to get there. This is why I strongly believe they will not consider a buy out. As far as a stock split, why should they? It will get over $4 by Q1 and as far as stock splits, their share count is already real low.
