You are right. He is a noob CEO. Not all ops people are good leaders. Good ones get in front of bad news and manage it. So far he has made vague comments / PRs. "A clear path forward" can easily be interpreted as starting over. None of the comments are concrete. No live Q&A is also bad. This company needs to project confidence for the pps to move higher in the absence of results.
