A deeply disturbing conflict of interest?

So now we learn that Liscouski served as a director of Zapata since 2009, before becoming President of Implant Sciences in 2015.

The following year he structured a reverse merger plan to transfer $35 million from Implant Sciences to Zapata, a deal that was intended to be financed by selling off the assets of Implant Sciences. WTF????

That info is kind of funny given the company's explanation of how they searched long and hard for the best opportunity, and came up with Zapata. Obviously, yet again, another misleading or downright untruthful statement from the company. Anyone with any basic decent ethics would have revealed any prior connection with Zapata to shareholders!

I called management SLIME many many months ago. Now, even most shareholders understand why. But you don't make money learning these things after everyone else knows about it now! You have to understand this long ago, as I did!

Remember folks, when you see years of lies and misleading statements from your company, that means two things.... Hold and buy more!

Yep, this is the pinks, folks!

And, he allegedly was complicit in a scam. He allegedly did nothing to secure alternative financing for Implant Sciences and, instead, allowed Platinum Partners to suck cash out of Implant Sciences and take it into bankruptcy, forcing an illegitimate fire sale to L3.

allegedly.
