The only thing that concerns me is when more stocks and/or stock warrants will be issued, that would be dilutive, in the short term. My question is are there any general rules of thumb that could shed light on more OWCP shares possibly being issued?

I see nothing and actually see another Frontier starting.

IMO we are witnessing history and a turn of events that will bring Cannabis front and center and rightly so.

OWCP with 8 patents, the Psoriasis Cream coming to market soon as well as the Tablet is one of the best in this field.

The current PPS doesn't make this ticker any justice as you and others point out.
What do you think is the reason? Pure manipulation? if so by whom? The same group that issued the 30 mill plus?
It doesn't make sense that we are not trading at least at $ 1.5 today.
