Employees As of the date of this Annual Report on Form 10-K, we had 26 full time employees. Full-time employees are engaged in operations, administration, research and development. None of our employees is represented by a labor union and we have never experienced a work stoppage. We believe our relationship with our employees to be good. However, our ability to achieve our financial and operational objectives depends in large part upon our continuing ability to attract, integrate, retain and motivate highly qualified personnel, and upon the continued service of our senior management and key personnel.

Employees As of June 7, 2016, we had 35 full time employees. Full-time employees are engaged in operations, administration, research and development. None of our employees is represented by a labor union and we have never experienced a work stoppage. We believe our relationship with our employees to be good. Previously Elite had 4 open employment opportunities. Now they have 2 as 2 have been filled. Clearly Elite continues to grow as Nasrat expands Elite's pipeline.
Has anyone looked at Elite's parking lot. They have room for about 28 cars but the lot is always empty. They also have room for the one truck parked out back that never moves.
