More like Nasrat comes from the big leagues and understands how the FDA process works. There is no grave and he certainly dug nothing. The FDA tells him one thing and then does another - he adapts and moves forward with what the FDA asks for. He has acted no different than any other big league CEO. Confidence is part of what a CEO needs to bring to the table.

And as far as tucking his tail.....sure okay.

I agree, I have NEVER seen a CEO say that the FDA could not stop them. This was a rookie mistake of the worst kind and has further shaken confidence.

If the cocky attitude is meant by the words that the "FDA will not stop us. They may delay us but they will stop us", I disagree. The FDA has not stopped SequestOx; delayed. . .yes but not stopped. Nasrat is proceeding with the SequestOx NDA according to FDA guidance given on December 21. There are thousands of OTC companies out there but not all of them are current in their financial filings and only a few of these actually conduct CC's. . .ELTP is one of these companies. I have listened to all of the CC's since February/2012 and all of them have been informative. It is when the Q/A segment proceeded that I found annoying. Yes, there were a lot of good questions asked but there was also a lot of wasted time with the repetitive questions and the rantings of some of the participants. I liked the CC format of the past two(?) events because questions were sent in pre-CC and were answered in an efficient manner to my satisfaction - no duplicate questions and no needless bantering. I have emailed questions to Diane (Investor Relations) and they have been addressed during the CC's. If you have a question for the CC, then submit it and it will be answered.

but CEO's cocky attitude on SequestOx only made things worse. He dug his own grave. Now he is tucking his tail preventing Q&A dialogue during 2 most recent calls. May change for Q3 call, but doubt it.
