Hadn't thought about non dilutive financing.
The farming business should be first but that may actually pay for itself quickly but any future farm land should be able to get loans based on the first years crops. (Would take. A year to prove the model I think)

As for the residential development, Jan is far better than anyone here I would suggest at knowing how and when to finance. He got the land with out using the line of credit and seems set on a start small and grow approach. Let's get the price higher so any dilution is much smaller.
