I saw on the FB group the guy who went to Comic Con posted links to the SEC on how to complain on securities manipulation and delinquent filings.
Benny might get more then he can chew this time around. If too many people complain, the SEC will be forced to assign an agent to look into the matter and there is WAY TOO much out there for Benny to defend himself against. Playing stupid only gets you so far with the obvious calculated actions he has taken with this security.
