Well yeah... also Ballmer and his Saudi prince friend bought a 4% stake in TWTR at $31 pps in 2015 and he'd be going absolutely ballistic if Gasparino's ludicrously low-ball estimate was even remotely in the works. TWTR won't sell for less than $32-$34 pps for good reasons IMO.
