I will try to summarize tonight. I agree with you that whoever reaches out needs to be very professional and factual.

I will say that I found nothing that appears to be illegal, there are plenty of red flags. I am still looking for the SEC forms that show the change in CEO and Board of Directors. It appears that the information they have is outdated.

I did a master search under DNA Brands SEC Filings for Adrain McKenzie and it came up blank. Also there are no reports filed from 2/16 when he said he took over the company.

Will dig deeper tonight but could use some help.

No, the problem is that he appears to only be looking at SEC filings when DNAX has not been a SEC reporting company for years. Things like change of ownership can be found with the Colorado Secretary of State.
