corporate officers generally won't telegraph upcoming events it'll just add to speculation to cause the price to rise.... I'm fine with it staying in the 1s for another month.
I think because some of the things they are waiting on are out of their control (like changing the stock symbol) its best not to do a time line because then if something happens people get disappointed. It wouldnt hurt to list some goals for the year bit even then... Disappointment hurts a stock more than not talking, at least from what ive seen.
