Much of this was already known and reflected in current market value and share price. MM's will play today but understand that nothing is standing in the way of a buyout now. Watch your stop losses. MM's will drop this but have no choice but to begin covering their own mess of 1.4 million shares short. They have a small window now and I'm certain PTX will drop major news on buyout within 3 - 4 weeks.
