It will make a huge difference as to benefit the economy. At issue of course is the many restrictions on banks wherein they want to loan to ANY person, home buyer or entity. Small business in particular. A huge issue is the number of shares BAC has in the float as of this writing. This is a major negative and clearly has a negative affect on BAS PPS. BAC needs to announce, LOUD AND CLEAR publicly that a MAJOR buy back is in progress. And it is, but BAC has a very poor PR Dept. Just do the math on say current earnings and maybe 8 Billion shares instead of 10 B now in the float.
BAC is a good core holding and can be traded at will as the HFT exchanges are keeping the PPS in a cheap "channel" all facts considered.
Still a strong buy as said by all.
