So it was 125 shares sold off-market. The day before there was a private indication of interest (dark pool probably) without a quoted price attached. That would explain how it executed outside of the listed bid ask, what's weird though is that usually only huge money is playing in dark pools, so not sure why we would see off-market transactions with such tiny amounts
