those are my thoughts, 30 days is the 7th of Feb. 30 business days is 17 Feb.

8th of feb would be first day submission could be sent if its 30 days, if it must be business days then the 18th would be 30 business days.


Believe its just 30 days, so application can be submitted on the 8th!
