It means another company likely bought the GNPT shell and we should be hearing news pretty soon.. remember A/S is less than 3B and OS way less than 2B.. perfect opportunity for a successful private company looking to go public.. The new company would get the shell with zero debt or liabilities as that would stay with green parts international, which as we now know is kaput..

Shells are selling for about 250K and they still have about 1.5 billion shares left for themselves, they could run the stock price up to a penny or maybe even a dime and that would be one hell of a return from their minimal investment
