I don't think they are trying to keep it low. I think they are waiting until they can put out substantial news that can actually move the stock.

Putting out a bunch of small prs won't move it. I personally thought the Blizzard approval alone was big enough for a pr but if Vik has something even bigger to add to that update I'll be happy he waited.
