I basically agree with you Phil, but keep in mind that 2 Directors who also had big stakes in the company resigned for whatever reasons in the past year or two. Plus Haig has only bought 70K shares all together for about $15K.
This CEO doesn't do pressure, dissenting voices get gone. Contracts will eliminate all my seeming negativity. The disconnect is that Clipstream II was also supposed to be market ready but was then pulled, so as outsiders we have no way of determining at this point if the Cloud product will actually be sold.
