FINRA Name changes take about 10 days to take place...From other stocks (shells) that went public thru reverse mergers etc, I just looked...if announced on lets say June 1st...The name change and ticker change would normally have taken place around June 10th..give or take a day or two...
THEREFORE- I believe we are very likely within a day or two away from the ticker change...and the name change...and the bunch of press that they are sitting on ...and from what I glean its going to be a LARGE AMOUNT OF VARYING PRESS RELEASES..This has held together very nicely over the past 9 trading sessions (since the news) And is just a few trades away from trading at the old highs of .28-30 cents..
Things to like...HOT, HOT CANNABIS SECTOR...New issue, without all of the warts...A CEO who is a day trader in his spare time ..he will know how to keep his stock price volatile and moving higher.. and the big catalyst will be the name change with ticker change and all of the press that is literally waiting to be released....
NOT MANY PENNY STOCKS CAN BE SURE TO HAVE LOTS OF PRESS COMING OUT.........AND THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES PENNY STOCKS MOVE ARE PRESS RELEASES......THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME...
