If an investor in a beverage corporation sees contact information for a co-packer on a beverage container, that investor is unlikely to be contacting that co-packer to ask if the co-packer is producing inventory for the beverage company. Therefore, the volume of contacts from investors are going to be minimal, and therefore, manageable.

However, if Adrian identifies his choice for co-packer before he receives inventory, or possibly before some iHub posters have the new cans in their hands, between 300 and 500 individual investors are likely to pick up the phone and call that co-packer the same day they are exposed publicly. Adrian does not need to expose one of his most important business relationships to that sort of grief.
