well, if they are investigating, it is probably because a shorter decided to alert the SEC so that they would investigate this claim. Another ploy to drive down the PPS by making people wait longer. Assuming the information checks out of course.
semiguy: i would be concerned if the SEC were not involved in this instance of greater valuation/price reset leading to life changing turn of events and transfer of wealth. The more the SEC combs through it all and finds no flaws, the better for us longs, our futures and security.
