Wookie, it's amazing that they say in the 8K that they filed certificate for 1:100 R/S and it's not even available back on Jan.4, 2017. IT's not there, only in this link:

They didn't even had the courtesy to tell the shareholders on Jan. 4th. Did you see it back in January? And they way they copied the form and put it into this link above is childish IMO, it looks like a faxed form.

Also, why did they R/S on no news, normally they do this for a good/bad reason but no explanation for it, good grief!!!!
