Giving one investor specific information about activity within the company makes him liable for any insider trading that occurs. It is not in the company's best interest to respond to individual investors with any information that isn't publicly available. So the new guy is actually doing the correct thing in the best interests' of all shareholders. It doesn't indicate anything in particular - but anyone feel free to buy on that assumption [:
