yeah, a scam to say the least. the company uses bogus announcements and share structure magic to fake out shareholders. they have no intention of doing anything that will benefit shareholders. look at their history. cegx is otc garbage.
yeah, i played isb& for the second time. bought at .0006 and sold at .0011 and then bought back in on the pullback to .0015. has over a bil float, but is a real business and controlled their dilution while putting out solid news. passed on cegx, which was smart.
