I think that whoever bought them is a giant ignoramus and should have a conservator appointed to control their finances.

I won’t congratulate you though, because you sold them to someone obviously lacking the mental capacity to understand the consequences of their actions.
But at least you got a few (very few) dollars back.


BTW, please address me as Mr. Fraudster, I wouldn’t call call you Mr. Andy. ;-)

I just sold my shares, so what do you think?

It means, when they become non-tradeable, you will no longer have to beg your broker to buy them from you for $1, so as to clear them out of your account, and declare a tax loss. Instead the poor idiot who bought them from you, will be begging his broker to buy them in a couple of years.
