You may very well be right. Exercising warrants would ripen the case for a taking which is in clear violation of 5th Amendment. Typically warrants are used as collateral in the event of a default condition.

are you saying they will not be used to add capital to F and F ?

they will not be used to replace the lost income stream to the GOV?
