I am sure your correct on this. And it sure is frustrating watching the bones getting picked clean by the legal vultures all circling in tight formation. Unfortunately Bankruptcy Justice carries no moral baggage. We need some serious fall guys as an example to others. Some religious like war against greed and public corruption. Even Biblical in nature. LOL Hand out some very public and "Very Harsh" sentencing would help. Least it would get the necessary attention and perhaps serve as warning to others seeking to rip off John Q Public.

And here we are. I never saw it as likely the BK judge would award shareholders money owed to DMRJ PP etc.
If we achieve some restitution it will likely be in civil court. Like I've been saying, we could get millions if we sue everyone for fraud. If we win, say $50 million, it would probably then be lumped in with the billion or so that PP's investors will be seeking and in a Madoff scenario we could actually see about half of that.
Bottom line, we could collect another $0.20-40 cents a share a few years from now. That's just a guess, of course. Someone talking to the EC might ask them if my thoughts seem reasonable.
