I agree with most if not all of what you said. A few things: Ken knew well enough where that $60MM was going. No way anyone can make me believe he did not take a piece of that action. As a matter of fact while all of that was going on I have an email from him saying he still drives a station wagon so some sort of compensation was warranted. I guess we were supposed to feel sorry for him.
Why would he need to authorize 30 Billion shares? 30 BILLION!!! all at once basically! He knew what he was doing and now it is catching up to him.
Ken now files the the two latest SEC forms to in a sense "go dark" in the hopes the SEC drops their investigation into him. He is stupid, but not that stupid.
