Agreed. I question the exercise date for the stock purchase of 50k shares. It states it is July 25 this year, but expires Jan 25 of 2027 (10 years from the date of required filing). So I think the exercise date should be Jan 25, 2017. The only reason this possible typo is important, is that the director could be purchasing (or have already purchased) 50k shares at a price of $0.214. This would bode well for SARA at the current range. It's just another sign pointing to the pps moving back up out of the $0.2s
