did you ever thing that they will most likely try to get a better rate on the current debt of 18%. sure the .80 conversion sound great ,but i would assume that that is going to change in order to get a better rate. If they get a better rate and assume the conversion is .20 that is over 50 million additional shares and they still get no money. Truly an interesting company but the unknown of the debt is a strong negative and most likely the shares should be bought once a better picture has been painted.
