Kim does have a tendency to mislead with half-truths in such a way, so there is a possibility that that is the case here.

Be careful in to whom you listen. Give this some critical thought.

What is wrong with the conclusion? It is boiler plate garbage and there are simply too many similar conclusions to respond to them all.
