Anytime!!! Find a good solid company to invest is very hard. We normal trade and rarely invest our hard earning money in OCT company.

From my point of view, EXCC is safe to bet. It's the stock that can change my life style and give me the ability to live and fulfill my dream. This is an investment not to flip for a few coins chump change. Good luck to you.
