I provided the link. The AS is now 15.5 Billion. The last COMPANY reported OS was 12.06 Billion at the end of Dec. it is no doubt higher as they had to raise the AS from 13 Billion to accommodate conversions.

If they update OTC Markers we may see where the OS ended up as of today.

I don't know what ticker you are talking about but the usmj share count is over 22 bil o/s and 13 bil a/s
