RR's modus operandi is NOT to run a successful business, rather to run a successful self-enrichment scheme!

His m.o. includes facilitating toxic debt, creating a debt obligation of the company to himself either via a small loan or deferred salary, probably burying personal purchases (I assume) into the SG&A expenses, issuing self preferred convertible stock, facilitating a RS, and cashing out the preferred with a reverse merger...
