With 2,800 units they beat their target by 35%. The o/s according to the SC-13G is 1.7 million shares less now but the OTC hasn't been updated. Next step should be an increase from their lender, these units are no doubt cash cows. The question is what are they going to do with the shares??? LW hanging onto control by like only 300k shares according to the s/s reported on the OTC website.
