Court documents, Debtor UMS to merge with TALK post chapter 11, through an acquisition company held by the CFO Dea in class 12, according to Dea, the preferred shares were never issued to Lee, all the other requirements were completed, technically the merger never officially completed due to the shares not being transferred.

Since there were no filings since period ending 11/31/15, we never could confirm the whole time whether the shares were issued or not, they certainly never showed up NVSOS which makes sense if they were never issued...

What does that mean, TALK with only $1.2 million in notes and UMS with 95% of it's debt cleared along with increased revenues for both companies which will be a huge correction for TALK.

My timeline has the UMS chapter 11 final confirm hearing on February 15th and anticipate all the filings to come shortly after that up until the 10K is due which is March 1st.
