That's exactly how I interpreted this offering.

It looks like the shorts/some selling will bring it down, so we'll see a dip today. Just makes it easier to acquire more shares now.

They are going to raise 10M. I got a call from my Paulson broker asking if I wanted more. I was informed of how close things were to the degree it can be disclosed.
Also the animal study came through well for colon cancer.Dr. P did not mention for some reason in last cc.
Many good signs but tough to have patience.

1% dilution triggers a 3% drop. About like last time : 10% dilution and a 30% drop if I recall.
