It is not straightforward because it did not clearly indicate that they are paying off the .001 convertible debt as quickly as possible. The debt is two pieces. They may be paying off one piece via cash while the other piece continues to make the other party very rich.
I don't know what they are doing after reading this PR today. They know the investors concerns yet still did not address the issue properly IMO. For me, that is a red flag.
