I'm not going to get into another debate, think everybody knows by now where I stand and it ends up getting ugly every time.

Just have to add, part of this frustration comes from behind the scenes. These rumors have been floating around for weeks, about this "big announcement".

Fan contacted a few of us recently hoping to get everyone's e-mail address, I assume to share this news. In the end, we refused because it became apparent this "announcement" was going to be nothing for the ex-employees to get excited over. You guys might be different, like I said, I have no idea if all those share swaps are good for you or not, I hope they are.

I had to explain to Fan that, despite his seemingly good intentions, there are only TWO things these folks want to hear now: 1) "here's your check with penalties & interest", 2) a warrant has been issued for Frank Olsen. That's it, anything else to these folks is just another promise to be broken. I told him I would make them aware of the announcement when it was released and I have done that.

This "big announcement" has gone over like a lead balloon with the employees. Several asked me for Fan's address, because they would like to remind him how much they are owed and what the situation has done to their lives. I hope, if hears it from enough people besides me, he'll finally get it.

Anyway, I'm heading back into the shadows, don't need the extra aggrevation of fighting with people, really don't.

I hope something eventually comes of this for all of you and you get something back on your investment.
