It is unlikely to take that long. I think the updates we saw a couple of weeks ago are a prelude to NV SoS being updated and the filings being dropped. My guess is we are no more than a couple of weeks away.

90 days(3/30) after the end of the corp. fiscal year(12/31) is the due date for the annual filing---it can come out anytime prior

What you have to understand about this wait is that back in like October Frack mentioned the Chinese officers really wanted to finalize the the annual too. Frack himself admitted that even though he wants to just post the filings he has up, they have a good argument.

It's no surprise they opted to finish the financial picture because they had the intention looming for a bit.
