Too soon to tell. Kind of expected as part of the merger process, at least possibly. Will have to see the rest of this play out.

I don't see this new guy tarnishing his reputation by joining the company only to wrap things up. The guy has a huge reputation as a company builder.

My guess is we will see a PRE-14C and DEF-14C filing detailing the exact terms of the merger. Then we will see the reverse merger take place with a reverse split as the real company is acquired. Then, that company will be grown.

Time will tell the story. If nothing happens by the end of June then one would have to believe the merger with Ammo was DOA. Until then things could break at any time.

They have been filing lots of filings of late.

Many times you see pink sheet companies file a 15-12G to avoid filing 10Ks and 10Qs. There is a great cost associated with that.

If they planned to move to another exchange after the merger they might not want the head ache of paperwork filing until the merger was completed.

Who knows for sure, time should tell where this heads.

Ammo certainly looked like a huge company though if the 500 million facility build is accurate.

It was a 15-12b which is similar to 15-12d

Basically not filing 10Q/10K paperwork while on the pinks

One has to believe it cannot be something that impacts the common shareholder ......

BECAUSE TWO INSIDERS HOLD ABOUT 80% OF THE COMMON STOCK

It would not make sense to do anything to hurt themselves IMO
