The T Mobile motion to dismiss has some legs IMO. They bring up several valid points under the law. Personally I think the proper ruling would be to grant discovery to a degree as it only pertains to Lee and the matter at hand, with the exclusion of proprietary and confidential information of T Mobile.
The crux of the matter is to resolve the bankruptcy of UMS, which is Lee's doing, and the discovery of Lee has already been granted.
We will see what the judge rules regarding T Mobile.
