So Teva fails on all patents. Not Surprising.

On the other hand it's either criminal or brilliant the way TEVA scooped up untold Billions playing this silly game.

Let's see what games they play with the 5th patent.

Everyday is worth ~$100mn in Copaxone sales for $TEVA. Any delay in FDA approval is lost revenue for generics.

FDA should have tent. approved generics. Too bad they take hefty fees to not do their job on time.
