When the CEO is busted for issuing false and misleading press releases about Flaunt and WindStax - he has lost what little credibility he had.

Where's the guy who kept posting the $7 million note had been eliminated and SMAA was going to do a reverse merger with the 2 week old company started by Jennings son.
