Art,

Good input. Whatever most of you want to believe, I respect each of you and value your input. I am also long and have been long for years. I occasionally have grown a bit tired and disgruntled with the process, but I do know New companies in new industries take a long time - it's just harder to have faith in the OTC where half of the stocks are scams. If QMC succeeds, I won't have missed the boat. I just view the probablity different than some here.

does anyone think the $21 million is in addition to the initial $14 million?

Art,

If Jamis has connected the dots well and we await a supply contract with Nitto that will supply film to BOE all happening in China...then:

1. Could it be possible for QMC here in U.S. to supply QMCA dots until production lines are completed? Or must we wait another year before production truely gets under way. I know that the timeline is the 3rd quarter, but I would say things won't starat flowing to late in the 4th.

2. Could you decipher a little of the 8K. So, QMC owns 25% of QMCA, so does half of the 50% profits that QMCA get flow back to the parent company and the other 25% go the private holders such as Steve and other board members? Little confused still on what profits mean to stake holders of the parent company here in U.S.

If you can't comment no worries.
