I don't think tohaj knows anything more than any of us. At least I haven't seen any evidence of it. I could be wrong and thats why he is still buying but from his posts on this board he hasn't inferred that he has any more knowledge than the rest of us. Maybe he realizes that Energomash would not be letting KSW carry on throwing their name around if there wasn't something to this and with all the emails Energomash has got from shareholders they have to know what is going on. There is a j/v filed in Delaware and I haven't heard anything about a law suit yet.
