Is it possible that the float here is just 1,378,580? According to the last 10-k, that was put out in 2013, the OS was 37,346,154 as of June 30, 2013. On page 51 of that 10-k it shows insiders owning a total of 35,967,574, for a difference of 1,378,580. Furthermore, The OS had only increased by 100k shares from June 2011 to June 2013.
