So very many excuses for SHOM, yet they are responsible for their own PRs - no one else.

It's not like this is SHOM's only misleading and fraudulent PR. Just for starters:

1) They want us to believe they translated a proper name incorrectly three different times in three separate PRs.
2) They want us to believe they just "misworded" the Coca Cola East Japan PR even though the stock was clearly pumped and dumped on what SHOM either knew, or should have known, was false.
3) They want traders to believe that SHOM files to the SEC which is simply FALSE and MISLEADING.
